New Wave Design and Contracting has merged a wealth of professional experience and skills into a company that has earned a reputation as a leading General Contracting group for high-quality residential and commercial properties in New York City and the greater metropolitan area. When the founding principles launched New Wave Design and Contracting they affirmed to always operate upon a foundation of unwavering ethics and quality workmanship.

Complete buildings and renovations are our specialty. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing our clients delighted with the end result, after efficiently and expertly bringing a project from a mere sketch or idea to a fully realized work of art. We are always happy to take on what some might consider “smaller” jobs (cabinetry, flooring, painting, plastering, tiling, etc.).

Similarly, larger scale partial renovations are also welcome: cosmetic makeovers, masonry façade renovations, concrete works, new roofing systems — we do it all.

General Contracting

We offer a range of services, and our time, to ensure that your project can be built on budget and on schedule. This is done ahead of time so you won’t end up with unnecessary costs.

We have strong, design-build relationships with several architects. Antoin wasn’t just honest, reliable, and pleasant, three traits that aren’t often found in contractors – he was an active problem solver who worked closely with me, my spouse, and our architect to achieve our goal at a reasonable cost. Our goal: gut-renovation of a 7,500 square foot brownstone without destroying its charm.
